Spent this past week at Fort Walton Beach in a condo with the family. I found a local 5K to benefit area high school cross country teams . ........the Josh Sprinkle Memorial 5k . Ran a 24:50 (8:02 pace) Finally bringing the times down. Had my two future runners/football players with me........ my son Thomas (left) and Nephew Brock (Right)
